No Fine Print. No Hidden Fees. Just the Way We Believe Business Should Be.

There are a few things in life nobody gets excited about.

Paying taxes.

Moving furniture.

And opening a bill that's higher than you expected.

We've all been there.

A price looked great until the extra charges started showing up. Suddenly, what seemed simple became confusing.

That's one thing we've always wanted to avoid at Stand Up Storage.

From the day we opened, our goal has been straightforward: tell customers exactly what to expect. If there's a fee, we'll explain it. If there isn't, we won't invent one later.

It sounds like common sense, but unfortunately it isn't always common practice.

We believe renting a storage unit should feel predictable. You should know what you're paying, what your responsibilities are, and what you can expect from us.

The same philosophy applies when it's time to move out.

Last year, we returned 100% of eligible security deposits.

We're proud of that, not because it's a statistic, but because it reflects how we do business.

A security deposit isn't there for us to find reasons to keep it. It's there to protect against damage or abandoned property. If you follow the move-out process and leave your unit clean, that money belongs back to you.

That's exactly what happened for every eligible customer last year, and we're working toward the same result again this year.

We're certainly not perfect, but we believe honesty should never go out of style.

As a locally owned business, our reputation is built one customer at a time. We'd rather earn your trust through clear communication than clever marketing.

At Stand Up Storage, "no hidden fees" isn't just something we put on a website.

It's how we believe business should be done.
